BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Have your key box PIN ready
Your PIN is sent by email or SMS at midnight at the start of your arrival date. It is also available in Alfred. Booking.com guests can find instructions in their reservation messages too.
Checking in at the hotel? Use the kiosk outside. In this case, your key box PIN is generated after you complete check-in on site.

FIND THE MAIN ENTRANCE
The entrance is in the covered area beside the dark facade. The Keybox is on the wall to the right of the entrance doors.

TAP THE SCREEN AND ENTER YOUR PIN
The touchscreen is on the left of the Keybox. Tap to wake it up, then enter your PIN. Find it in your email or in Alfred.

COLLECT YOUR KEYS AND BLUE CHIP
After entering your PIN, open the indicated compartment. Take your keys with the blue chip and close the compartment.

TAP YOUR BLUE CHIP AND ENTER
The reader is below the doorbell by the entrance, marked CHIP. Hold your blue chip against it, open the door and make your way to your room.
